Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing a digital product from terezahirth.com.
Because we provide digital content that is made available immediately after payment, our refund policy differs from that of physical goods.
Please read the following information carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products
All products sold through this website are digital products, including:
- Guided Video Meditations
- Pre-recorded Online Webinars
No physical items are shipped.
2. Immediate Access
Once your payment has been successfully completed, access to your purchased digital content is provided immediately.
By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content.
3. Right of Withdrawal
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you would normally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract.
However, under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right no longer applies once the supply of digital content has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
By completing your purchase, you:
- request immediate access to the purchased digital content;
- acknowledge that delivery begins immediately after payment;
- understand that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access has been provided.
4. Refunds
Because digital products cannot be returned after access has been granted, all sales are generally final.
Refunds will therefore not normally be provided.
5. Exceptions
We are committed to treating our customers fairly.
A refund may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:
- duplicate purchases made by mistake;
- accidental multiple payments;
- technical issues that prevent access to the purchased content and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
Each request will be reviewed individually.
