All products are delivered digitally.
No physical goods are shipped.

3. Purchasing Digital Content

When your payment has been successfully completed, access to your purchased digital content will be provided electronically.
Delivery usually takes place immediately after payment.
In exceptional cases, delivery may take several minutes.

4. Personal Licence

When purchasing a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased content.

You may:
✔ watch the videos as many times as you wish
✔ download the videos where this option is provided
✔ use the content for your own personal wellbeing

You may not:

• share purchased content with others
• upload the content to public websites
• redistribute or resell any part of the content
• use the content for commercial purposes
• modify or reproduce the content for public distribution
• use the content to train artificial intelligence or machine learning systems without prior written permission

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright ownership.

5. Intellectual Property

All videos, meditations, webinars, text, graphics, branding and other materials available on this website remain the intellectual property of Tereza Hirth – Soul Therapy unless otherwise stated.

6. Pricing

Prices are shown before completing your purchase.
Applicable taxes are included where required by law.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Price changes do not affect completed purchases.

7. Payments

Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
Depending on your device, payment methods may include:

• Credit or Debit Card
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

We never store your payment card details.

8. Access to Products

Purchased content is made available through secure online streaming and/or downloadable digital files, where applicable.
You are responsible for ensuring that your email address is correct and that you have access to the internet and compatible devices.

Because our products are digital content delivered immediately after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable.
